For unconfirmed chest pain ( cause of chest pain confirmation consume time) which one is the best tablet or injection should be used to mask the unconfirmed chest pain etiology and should be acceptable, beneficial for all chest pain in patients: Aspirin, Diclofenac salt tablet Isosorbide dinitrate Pentazocine HCl Morphine Tramadol HCl Or others. My opinion is Aspirin, Diclofenac salt tablet in all unconfirmed chest pain cases and in cardiac pain too.
