I have a 25 year old female patient. MRI shows mild broad based disc bulge at L4/5, narrowed L4/5, Interveberal foramina more prominent on the left. Patient still has pain, numbness and weakness of both legs though left leg is weaker. Was recommended Laminectomy, L4,5, disectomy & exploration of nerve root.

She is on oral pain killers which helps. Does she need surgery or physiotherapy or ? MRI Picture uploaded, apologies for the quality of the picture.
