A 35-year male presented with 2 Episodes of Complex partial seizure and one episode of focal sensory motor seizure involving right upper limb, not known IDDM but hypertensive medication and controlled non-smoker, non drinker. EXAM: Well preserved, normal systemic examination and normal fundus, no CN palsy and no other focal deficit while on outdoor visits. I NVESTIGATION: CBC, RBS, ECG and CHEST XRAY- unremarkable, normal biochemistry and lipid profile showed marginally raised triglycerides, viral study and immunological study for NCC- NAD.
