50 year female complaints of numbness right  leg from 1and half month which start from lower foot and radiated to upper, usually aggrevated while walking and standing, and history of lower back spasm 2 month ago, b sugar, thyroid function test normal, slr negative, physiotheraphy was given like mechanzee excercise etc along, vit d, b complex, folic acid but no improvement ,now get there mri scan done of its own ,thats shows lumber spondylosis, so what should be the next step to do?
