54-year-old lady diagnosed case of CA endometrium. Post chemoradiation 5 years of follow up. She presents with a skin lesion of recent onset anterior abdominal wall.

Ultrasonography- abdomen fatty liver per vaginal exam no growth. Chest x-ray shows bibasal haziness. How to proceed with this case?
