62 yrs old male patient presented with c/o cough and breathing difficullty since 10 days. Chronic smoker not a k/c/o dm, htn, cad, pulmonary TB,cvd. Invetigated CBC that were mild elevated in the total counts otherwise normal, other blood & urine investigations are normal. Sputum AFB * 3 consecutive days - no AFB seen ,USG normal X-ray chest PA view- finding pulmonary TB, sought radiologist opinion who also suggested pulmonary TB Same pt. CT brain shows intra cranial bleed no h/o trauma, no HTN.
Same pt. ECG finding IHD so underwent angiogram shows double vessel disease. How much is the possibility about pulmonary TB? and also in the body one place clot and another place bleed, is that possible? What is the management?
