On further investigations, the wife explains that the patient has been anxious and sweaty. She found him having a fit on the living room floor, shaking his limbs. The patient is now awake but appears agitated.
When asked about the fits history, he explains that he had two fits before and was thoroughly investigated to exclude epilepsy by brain scan and other tests.
