Should MCI not come after the declaration of dates or give the fixed time of one week of its arrival for inspection? If it is a decision of court then review petition should be submitted explaining problems created by such procedure. Is it not justified not to accept an authorized leave of medical teacher. Due to the illness of himself or family member, death or causality or misshaping in the family, function in the family, the medical teacher is not authorized to leave the institution. MCI allows leaves of his work but not allow leaves for work of medical teachers. It is not justice.
