On 8.8.2017 : A 57 years old female, a teacher by occupation had presented with the complaints of fever and bilateral swelling of feet since 2 days. On examination, patients had B/l pitting oedema up to half leg. Rest of the examination was normal.The patient was advised rest, crepe bandage, tab Cefixime 200mg bd, tab.combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol and tab.rabeprazole.

On 11.8.17 : Patient's symptoms didn't improve.
