I am dealing MIC cases in our govt area hospital. Sometimes I am referring road traffic accident cases to nearest govt general hospital for further management but some patients are consulting private nursing homes instead of govt hospitals. They are showing private nursing discharge sheets for the issue of wound certificate.

Can I give grievous or simple injury certificate on the basis of private nursing home treatment? Please post me your valuable guidelines for issue of wound certificate.
