This case study reports fibroadenoma as a probable cause of axillary swelling in the accessory breast tissue in a 28-year-old female. Complaints : Left axillary swelling with discomfort in the shoulder movements for the past three years Medical history : No history of cough, fever, weight loss, night sweating, or constitutional symptoms Physical examinations : A 5X4 cm firm, non-palpable, mobile mass distinct from the left breast (Cover image 1) Microscopic examination Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) from the excised mass was done, and smears were stained with Wright’s stain. Cellular aspirates with tight, cohesive clusters with stag-horn-like patterns were observed (Cover image 2).
