A 40-year-old female without any past history presenting in old with complaints of migratory arthralgia and occasional low-grade fever with generalized body swelling for 4 to 5 months. all routine investigations like RFT, LFT, urinalysis, CBC, serum proteins, RBS, ECG, CXR, USG, 2decho, thyroid profile, 24 urinary free cortisol, ANA profile all are within normal limits.
