Patient History:  Patient Male 63 years, High BP (Medication: Atenolol (50mg), Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg))   The patient was suffering from trigeminal neuralgia in 2011, but through some remedies and crosspathy has solved the problem. He is come to me this time with the same issue and said the situation is worsened than 2011. After MRI, I have started medication carbamazepine, initially, medication worked for 2 weeks but from last few days; gradually effect of the medicine is decreasing. Few more details of the case: MRI scan of brain with CP Angle MRI scan of the brain was performed using T2 weighed sequences in multiple planes using a phased array angiography coil.
