A 59-year-old woman visited the otorhinolaryngology clinic with a cystic mass in the right auricle, complaining of intermittent pain. There was no history of trauma or infection associated with it. The cystic mass had purple skin coloration and was located at the helix of the right auricle (Cover image –figure a). A CT scan confirmed a mass of about 0.8 x 0.6 cm in the right auricle (Cover image – figure b).
