A 15-day old female neonate, born at the 35 th week of gestation and weighing 3.5kg was presented with an exophytic lesion in the anterior maxillary alveolus which was present since birth. This pre-term baby was conceived by test tube fertilization and was born by cesarean section. Clinical Examination The lesion was round, firm, pedunculated mass present on the upper alveolar ridge. It has red in color and surface was smooth but non-tender on palpation. It was measuring approximately 1*1cm.
Surgical excision was performed.
