A 41-year-old male presented with fever, headache and episodic seizures for one month. On examination, he was febrile with GCS of E4V2M2. Blood routine showed eosinophilia. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis showed neutrophils, normal glucose, and elevated protein levels. Serological analysis was negative for cryptococcal antigen. Electroencephalography showed generalised slowing of waves.
