I am 50 years old had finished my PG in 1996 thereafter worked in a wellknown hospital in banglore for 5 years had good experience. Then I went abroad worked for 7-8 years lost touch of the surgical skills as I was posted in periphery joined a medical college to gain experience. Now I desperately want to enhance my surgical skill so how can I start with it? I cannot work in government hospitals due to age limit.
So what are the ways by which I can gain experience in surgical skills? Kindly give your views.
