Atypical Femur Fracture is one of the rarest events reported in men, here the case represents the presentation of AFF in an adolescent boy who has been given antiresorptive drug therapy for severe osteoporosis for a long time. Patient information An 18-year old boy was admitted to hospital with fractured right femur due to a slight fall while walking. He was referred to the bone center of the organization after intramedullary fixation. Medical History: History of multiple fractures due to mild trauma and detected with severe osteoporosis Family history positive for osteoporosis At age 9, he was diagnosed with X-linked osteoporosis due to a mutation in the PLS3 gene.
