A 70-year-old schizophrenic woman was found dead in her bathroom due to choking. Examination Physical examination : Lips and nails cyanosis was found in the body. A deep purplish-red hypostasis was presented in the primary lividity phase. The body had prominent evidence of bilateral subconjunctival hemorrhage. CT scan analysis : The images showed degenerative processes and exposure of pulp, root, and dental alveoli in the teeth.
