A 27 years old girl, having small papular eruptions in both axillary region and around nipples over areola of breasts along with 5 cm long hair at the intermammary area between both breast from last 8 years, no doctor could treat her. It's very itchy, CBC, TSH, FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone, USG of uterus and ovary all are normal.

Only strong steroid ointment gives relief with rebounding on stopping. What could be the most probable diagnosis of this condition?
