Case presentation A 35-year-old man hospitalized for intestinal subocclusion underwent an ultrasound of the abdomen that revealed a retrovesicular fluid-filled mass.

Physical examination ·         No evidence of palpable abdominal mass ·         The biological assessment was unremarkable Radiological investigations 1.
