Anterior tooth fractures in children can have a profound psychological impact, affecting self-esteem and social interactions. This case report highlights the successful reattachment of a fractured maxillary lateral incisor in a 9-year-old, using a seventh-generation bonding agent and a sandwich technique with calcium hydroxide and glass ionomer cement.
By preserving the natural tooth fragment, clinicians achieved excellent aesthetics, maintained pulp vitality, and supported natural root development—reinforcing the importance of timely intervention and patient education in pediatric dental trauma.
