A 6-year-old girl was referred to pediatric ophthalmology for a white reflection that was seen in photographs by her parents. Initially, her mother only saw the white reflex in the left eye, but later she also noticed the white reflex in the right eye in almost every photograph (cover image). The mother mentioned that the girl viewed the television closely. History The mother denied any history of misalignment or nystagmus; however, the maternal aunt had nystagmus. There was no history of trauma.
