In Jan 2015, a boy of 12 years was referred to me in miserable condition after drug reaction. I diagnosed severe Stevenson-Johnson syndrome, involved whole mouth, lips, pharynx. Treated with steroids antifungal antioxidants iv fluids for 25 days. Became alright. He was given a lot of drugs for cold and allergic bronchitis by someone. Investigations were non contributory at that time and could not ascertained culprit drug  . In Jan 2016, in school he was given tab of Mebendazole.

He developed similar reaction but in milder form and treated by me accordingly. In April 25, he developed similar allergic reaction over palate only without any provocating drug consumed. Only IGE was >1000 iu IgG Ig M normal rest other investigations normal LFT normal. Now treated with antihistamines and Becomplex vit. Child lives in hostel. What kind of problem is this? Please give your suggestions.
