We are routinely injecting diclofenac sodium (a NSAID, pain killer) to relieve pain in emergency and routine. Should skin allergy/sensitivity test be done before injecting in all cases? Is there any case related to this reported in our medical literature till date?

Does Inj. Diclofenac Sodium carry the risk of acute laryngeal spasm/cardiopulmonary arrest (death)?
