Many doctors start on ATT for children with h/o recurrent urti, or lri with manteoux neg,lymphocyte count 55-65%...cxr normal.sometimes recurrent lri may be due to recurrnt wheeze or asthma....children with recurnt resp infections are treated as primary complex without any lab evidence and even when in lnvestigations are neg.give ur opinions?
