Case Scenario: An elderly man presented to an oncologist with a complaint of a rapidly enlarging fleshy mass near the right nasal conjunctiva. The patient reported redness, pain, and sensation of a foreign body in his right eye for two weeks. He was prescribed with oral prednisone (20 mg/day) therapy for three weeks, which reduced pain and inflammation. However, there was no change in the appearance of the lesion.
