Differentiation among doctors was never in the minds of people in this profession. Systematic failure of the successive governments to deliver even the basic first aid for own people including for birthing of a baby has been a disaster in our country. There could be numerous reasons but no nation or civilization can establish or fructify if health and defence of the group of people is not ensured.
With the rise in income of some people, they demanded the latest or best in the world at a premium. Democratic governments failed to deliver this either and couldn't raise funds to establish such institutes or intentionally ignored since once facility was created, they could not say no to poor people and it would have cost the government a huge budget ! So, they encouraged Corporates to create such monoliths , giving subsidized land and other facilities where they could get themselves treated…
