Introduction: Coronary artery disease (CAD) has been recorded as the leading cause of morbidity and mortality even in developing nations like India. Studies indicate that patients with CAD show high degree of pulp calcifications. Aims and objectives: to estimate the prevalence of pulp stones in patients with coronary artery disease. The objectives included comparison of this data to healthy individuals, as well as check for predilection in arch, anterior vs. posterior teeth and gender.

Materials and Methods: Three hundred patients within age range of 20-55 years were included in this study, divided in two groups i.e. Group A and Group B.
