Cardiac tumors do not contribute much to the overall tumor encumbrance. However, they produce significant cardiac and systemic symptoms. Their clinical characteristics depend on the size and the anatomical location. They mainly comprise benign, malignant and pericardial tumors. This article highlights on clinical features, classification, grading and diagnosis of Cardiac Tumors. The incidences of cardiac tumors are relatively low yet they are very challenging for diagnosis.

The prevalence of cardiac tumors is range from 0.0017-0.33 % and most of these are getting diagnosed during autopsy. Their contribution to overall tumor encumbrance is very low.
