A 58 years old woman presented with watering eye which has intraocular lens transplantation after cataract surgery about 2 years ago refractory to moxifloxacin and gatifloxacin eye drops use. No irritation,congestion and discharge. Concomitant diseases which are controlled with medication include diabetes mellitus,dyslipidemia and hypothyroidism.
Medication :- vildagliptan,metformin,glimepiride,atenolol,combination of Atorvastatin and fenofibrate Occupation :- Tv viewing for production and editing of program atleast4 hours per day. Which investigations and treatment is indicated for this case? Please share.
