A female patient aged 54 years was admitted for severe Anaemia of 2.3 gms of Hb and investigated for the basic cause for Anaemia.Incidentaly, USG report shows Angiomyolipoma of lower pole of left kidney. To confirm the same, CT Scan was done which confirmed the diagnosis. The size of the lesion is 32 mm x26 mm reported as Angiomyolipoma in the lower pole cortex of left kidney.This is reported for rarity in Indian literature.
