A three years boy having transient hemiparesis which last for few minutes  only for two days..no convulsion as such   associated with headache.Cect head revealed ring enhancing lesion s/o Neurocysticercosis. Should anti-epileptic be started?as pt only had few episodes of transient hemiparesis of rt side and ring enhancing lesion on lt side no convulsion as such
