A 29 year old engineer residing in Singapore came to India and went for routine blood test. In reports everything was normal except mild lymphocytes elevation and eosinophil count 5 times above normal. On further testing IgE is elevated 10 times above normal.
There is no physical complaint, no h/o asthma, no h/o of any weight loss, pedal edema except for back pain since a month. No itching, no pruritus or any lymphadenopathy. Can anyone suggest how to proceed after allergic testing is done or any other tests required?
