Primary Cutaneous Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma , Leg Type (PCDLBCL-LT) is an uncommon but aggressive subtype of cutaneous B-cell lymphoma typically localized to the lower extremities. Characterized histopathologically by dense dermal infiltration of large atypical B lymphocytes with strong CD20 and Bcl-2 expression, this lymphoma can occasionally present at atypical sites —including the face—posing diagnostic challenges. Facial involvement, though rare, necessitates a high index of suspicion as clinical features such as solitary ulcerated lesions may mimic carcinomas or infectious etiologies, delaying diagnosis.
