The atypical manifestations of choroidal melanoma are difficult to diagnose due to the atypical manifestations. However, in most of the situations, it presents as solid or exudative retinal detachment on b scan ultrasound or ophthalmoscopy. If the tumor is anterior to lens, the presentation is blurred vision, progressive and painless visual field, loss paracentral scotoma. If the angle of filtration is involved, the presentation is a c g a, a c g sec glaucoma, ocular hypertension.
If vitreous is involved, the presentation is vitreous floaters. Sometimes, ocular pain may be the presentation. In some rare severe cases, the presentations may be severe fatigability, loss of weight, appetite, loss of bladder control.
