Diabetic Foot is a complex disease with PNP+PVD+Infection+Immunopathy. We need to understand it's behavior to trauma / ulcer/ infection in different comorbid conditions. It misbehaves.

So we end up with blaming diabetes & amputation. We need to read foot behavior in Diabetes.
