Dear colleagues as I discussed earlier, 9 weeks ago D n C was done for H. Mole her Beta HCG from 273 reduced to 46.3mIU /ml. Did her USS, shows changes in the endometrium, she also had p/v spotting 3 days back, please see the attached report and the film.

USS was in urgency, so hand written! Please suggest management.
