Some of my surgical friends have opined that the bifurcation of the laryngeal nerve could not be seen during thyroidectomies. In my surgical practice of more than 25 years, I have seen the bifurcation of RLN many a times.
I am also uploading an intraoperative picture of bifurcation of RLN. Please share your views on this.
