Extra hepatic Billiary Atresia at birth (Partial) is confirmed by HPE. Porto Jejunostomy is done at age 3 months. I underwent exploration laparotomy folln intestinal obstruction post porto jejunostomy.

Currently, aged 29 years, has developed Cirrhosis of liver with massive splenomegaly with dilated portal vein and dilated porto systemic anastomotic sites with minimal ascites. Will liver transplant help and to what extent?
