Is this ethical or fit to transfuse blood to VVIP in case of any accident on roadside? What about cross- matching procedure or it's wise to transfuse some plasma expanders and rush the patient to hspital instead? There is old culture of rushing BTOs with bags of Blood along the ambulance.
