A 72 year old man was detected with Adeno Carcinoma of Prostate ( diagnosed by high PSA level and FNAC ). He underwent bilateral orchidectomy and medication to counter testosterone. After  11 years he has developed a mass at the level of L4 in the spinal cord.( MRI done ) He has pain and weakness of lower limbs.

He is also diabetic and hypertensive controlled well with medicines. What should be the ideal next course of action ?
