Blow out orbital fracture is a result of increased in the intraorbital fracture as a result of a blow to the orbit by closed fist blunt trauma cricket ball hockey ball tennis ball squash ball golf or road accident. We know orbit has 4 walls roof floor; medial wall and lateral wall medial wall and floor of the orbit are the weakest spots so the fracture lies 1 to 3 medial to the post wall of the inferior orbital groove.
