Lower lid CS glaucoma is common blinding if not diagnosed and treated in time. Main reason is that there is no pain in this condition it may be accidentally diagnosed when patient has advanced disease. By looking fundus, we pick up glaucomatous cupping and optic atrophy we have 3 FS in CS glaucoma, fundus facility of aqueous outflow and visual fields that’s why glaucoma screening is important after 40 years where we do routine examination of IOP refraction and fundus examination.
