A 17 year boy c/o fever 3 months. Pain on turning neck 2 months. Clinical painful neck movements & palpable cervical nodes with no neurodeficit. X-ray c spine. CT & MRI revealed c1c2 kochs & AA suluxation.

FNAC lymph nodes confirmed kochs. Pt is with cervicalcollar. Att & steroids. He is improving.
