Across 16 trials , lifestyle interventions were feasible, generally safe, and improved labs, body composition, and quality of life, though benefits often waned without ongoing support; adjuncts like creatine modestly favored lean mass, and multidisciplinary or community-based models enhanced adherence and durability.
