There are multiple distance education courses in Diabetology, John Hopkin University Cardiology courses. After doing these courses can we legally practice diabetology if we are fairly confident of our skills. We may not call ourself diabetologist but can we treat the patients?

Can we prescibe and maintain their insulin protocol? What are legal ramifications?
