Some people bring serious patient to emergency district / subdivision hospital after first aid & what so ever facility is available given to patient and concerned Dr feels to refer to the higher institution for saving his life but relatives not interested and gives writing request/conscent to doctor let him or her die here they don't want to carry patient to higher institution however they can afford as Dr's judgement. .
My query is that:- 1) have relatives right to give such like conscent 2) what doctor can do in such situation if is it punishable and under what section
