What may be the reason for generalised vulvar swelling in a 23 yr old primigravida with POG 24 weeks? There is no associated pain or discharge. She had difficulty in sitting. The routine investigations along with KFT and LFT are all within normal range. The inguinal lymph nodes are not palpable.
The P/S and P/V examinations are normal except for the vulval swelling involving labia minora and major. There is no history of associated fever. No visible vulval varies. Kindly suggest all possible diagnosis.
