A female patient of 18 years consulted me for the thin, patchy lesion initially since 2 wks of approximately 4 cms over right fore head, with nil or mild itching, and was suggested anti fungal creams and tablets. But after a span of 2 months (instead of decreasing in size of lesion), came with similar patch which appeared like confluent lesions involving most of the right fore head, rt frontal aspect of the scalp, rt squamous part, right upper eyelid, rt eye brow and left cheek(small lesion).
What could it be?
